Don't Look Back...

As 2016 closes and 2017 begins anew, may we use this day to move forward in our Christian lives and make this new year a time to bring us closer to God.
Scripture Reading: Luke 9:57-62
Key Verse: And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.
Jesus shows us that looking back is not something Christians should be prepared to do, so as we start a new year let us look at 3 things that move us forward.
1.) Don't Look Back...on the past sins that have already been forgiven.
Don't let past things hinder you from doing great things in the present.
2.) Don't Look Back...on past defeats that discourage us.
Remember - falling isn't a failure...the failure is in not getting back up.
3.) Don't Look Back...on past conflicts that make you bitter.
LET IT GO!
